Complaint
Please send us the claimed goods together with the complaint form
and proof of purchase to the address: Moda1342 sro, Za Pasáže 1428, 530 02 Pardubice.
We will handle the complaint within 30 days and we will inform you about its course and result.
Returned goods
You can return non-worn goods purchased on the e-shop. Deadline for return of purchased
goods without giving a reason are 14 days by law.
Please send us the goods together with the completed withdrawal form from the purchase contract
to the address: Moda1342 sro, Za pasáž 1428, 53002 Pardubice.
Or bring it to any of our stores.
Notice:
Each item has a label (paper or textile tag).
If this label is missing when the goods are returned, or if it is not affixed to the goods in their original condition,
or if the returned goods are incomplete, damaged or visibly worn,
the buyer has no right to withdraw from the purchase contract and will not be allowed to return the goods.
